Scooters Australia are joining together with Mounties Care, to create the leading provider of Independent living aids and we are seeking a business leader to take control and grow our business in the wholesale, distributor and health professional sectors.

You will have the support of a Top 400 Private company along with the independence of leading your own business from a low base to achieve what others only dream about.

Reporting directly to the Groups Chief Commercial Officer at Head Office in Sydney, you will:

- Prepare strategic plans, develop and manage the budget, plan and allocate resource requirements, and schedule work to achieve the required work output of the team.
- Promote and sell to a national dealer network.
- Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients.
- Monitor distributor, retailers wholesale sales, inventory levels and retailer activity.
- Have full revenue and sales budget responsibility for all sales in Australia including monthly reporting.
- Oversee pricing strategies and margin requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets by product/ revenue segment for analysis and reporting.
- Focus on continued growth and expansion by taking an integral role in forecasting and planning.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive revenue and growth for the business.
- Build a market in Dealer, Hospital and Healthcare profession sectors.

We are looking for someone that:

- Has exceptional sales and customer relationship skills and a strong understanding of channel strategies, brand and product marketing.
- Is experienced with importing products.
- is a strategic thinker and has experience formulating successful Go-To-Market strategies that will have positive impact on the business.
- Has excellent financial, analytical and sales forecasting skill
- Has experience in achieving market share and growing new markets.
- Is able to lead a team by example and builds trust, loyalty and teamwork from within
