Maxima currently have some exciting and fast-paced opportunities for individuals to earn while they learn towards a **Certificate III in Hospitality**.

These traineeship opportunities will see you working within some of Adelaide’s well-known and happening hospitality venues, transitioning into leadership roles, and gaining attractive remuneration.

Unlike the 9-5pm office job, hospitality is a growing industry and offers a relaxed and flexible working environment where you can make friends every day It’s not always easy work, but you will be given the skills and knowledge to think on your feet and find a solution for every challenge.

**Duties Include**:

- Table service including taking orders and providing menu suggestions
- Bar service
- Assisting with the running and setup/pack up of functions
- Gaming (refilling machines, record of winnings etc.)
- Give outstanding customer service to patrons in person and over the phone
- Operate Point of Sale software
- Reception and housekeeping duties

**About You**:

- Committed, reliable and hardworking
- Be energetic and love working under pressure
- Work effectively as part of a team and with limited supervision
- Showcase initiative, display a positive and proactive attitude
- Have good personal presentation
- Have a passion for the hospitality industry

**Role Requirements**:

- 18+ for liquor licensing purposes
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (desirable)
- Barista Training (desirable)
- Reliable transport
- Ability to work across a 7-day roster
