About the Role:

We're looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Waterproofing Trainee. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry.

As a waterproofing Trainee, you will learn how to apply protective coatings and membranes to internal and external surfaces to prevent water ingress in residential, commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing surfaces and applying waterproofing systems
• Learn to read and interpret building plans and specifications
• Mix and apply waterproofing products according to instructions
• Help with clean-up and maintenance of tools and equipment
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
• Work alongside experienced tradespeople and attend training as required

What We're Looking For:

• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Good physical fitness (work can be physically demanding)
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
• White Card (or willingness to obtain before starting)
• Driver's licence (preferred but not essential)
