**Payroll Administration Assistant**

They will be performance orientated with track record of their administration and organisation skills.

**Their main tasks and duties will be**:

- Primararly the use and management of time keeping records and rostering systems.
- Assisting in the processing of weekly timesheets within our payroll system and extracting data from the CRM into payroll system.
- Providing daily reports in meetings around on site and absent staff, keeping the CRM current and updated as possible.
- As an office allrounder other duties will include stepping into the roles of other departments in the absence of admin or payroll staff.
