**The Opportunity**:
We are excited to announce a rare and impactful career opportunity for a **National Key Account Manager **at Komatsu Australia. This dedicated role is essential for aligning Komatsu’s strategies with the vision, mission, and goals of our valued Key Accounts, specifically supporting BHP.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the vital link between Komatsu Australia and Global Account and Factory Teams
- Develop, implement, and manage strategic plans tailored to meet Key Account objectives
- Continuously review and update these plans on a quarterly basis, ensuring they are communicated effectively within Komatsu to foster collaboration and engagement across relevant teams and departments
- Lead the relationship with the customer and support the regional teams to deliver to the customer requirements

In this pivotal position, your leadership and insight will be crucial in strengthening partnerships and driving service excellence for our clients. By taking on this role, you’ll play a significant part in propelling Komatsu’s growth and commitment to delivering exceptional value.

**What we are looking for**:
- Trade or Engineering background (preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of Komatsu products in sales and customer service
- Build and strengthen key internal and external relationships
- Work cooperatively with stakeholders
- Foster a team environment and strong work ethic
- Lead teams toward clear goals and success
- Liaise professionally with senior leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate effectively with regional stakeholders
- Identify and act on business opportunities
- Support regional implementation efforts
