**Responsibilities**
- Manage and develop a portfolio of medium to large size business clients from diversified industries, with a view to win new-to-bank clients.
- Structure commercial lending transactions (up to AUD $50m) for clients, draft and submit credit proposals.
- Work closely with credit assistants, internal product specialists and credit risk teams.
- Leverage your existing relationships, foster new and innovative ways to meet customer needs.
- Be backed by the ‘Australian Big4 Bank’ brand, grow your portfolio through networking and acquiring new clients.
- Assist with reporting, process optimisation and coaching juniors when required.

**Who are we keen to speak to**
- Seasoned relationship managers / executives / assistants with 3+ years of experience in SME / Commercial / Corporate Lending in Banking.
- Strong credit skills (including cashflow lending) and deal structuring skills.
- Willingness to work on complex transactions.
- A natural people-person who listens, understands and endeavours to meet the needs of stakeholders to get things done.
- Proven track record in business development / new-to-bank client acquisition through network and referrals is highly looked upon.
