**About the Role**:
In this Regional QA Lead position you will be overseeing a team of QAs across diverse projects and geographies. You will be leading, coaching and mentoring QA teams in Australia and across the Asia-Pacific region. You will be part of the Regional Professional Services leadership team.

You will also:

- Be accountable for ensuring client projects are delivered to a high quality and in a timely manner.
- Monitor the business unit to ensure consistency and compliance with standard practices.
- Select, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the QA function.
- Conduct internal audits on client and product development activities to evaluate if processes and deliverables fulfil requirements for quality.
- Manage and/or participates in overall audit processes.
- Contribute to the tactical and strategic planning for future quality programs and tools.
- Communicate quality information throughout the organization and be the client facing QA Subject Matter Expert [SME].
- Support development and delivery of training in quality matters
- Be the Regional SPOC for global QA initiatives.

**What you will need**:
You will be a seasoned Senior QA professional with several years’ hands on practical experience coupled with team leadership and commercial exposure. You will have gained your skills and knowledge working in a multi-national organisation with geographically diverse teams. You will also have:

- Demonstrated experience and success of increasing code coverage and test automation across projects or teams.
- Proven experience conducting risk analyses, quality assessments, audits and/or studies and implementing successful process improvement plans.
- Significant exposure to the financial services sector.
- Experience working with cloud based technologies.
- Skills in understanding clients’ needs, establishing credibility and building relationships.
- Tenacity and the ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate successful outcomes.
- Ability to succeed in an Agile work environment where cross-functional teams work closely together.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
