Key Responsibilities

  • Partnering with sales leaders, retailers, and internal teams to interpret and apply compliance in a commercial way.
  • Spotting trends in agent performance and driving coaching improvements.
  • Managing escalations, governance, and audits.
  • Driving efficiencies by embedding technology and AI into compliance processes.
