QA and Quality Control Leader
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and ensure compliance to the quality management system including creation and review of standard operating procedures.
- Manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality control systems ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
- Oversee quality control testing of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring products meet required standards and regulations.
- Update documentation supporting QC and QA functions.
- Ensure production processes meet good manufacturing practice and good laboratory practice standards.
- Conduct audits and keep up-to-date with industry regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a robust R&D product quality management system.
- Monitor product testing and review test results to ensure that quality standards are met.
- Investigate customer complaints and review supplier processes and materials to ensure they meet quality requirements.
- Ensure product packaging is compliant.
Requirements: Relevant tertiary qualifications, experience gained working in a pharmaceutical or nutraceutical environment, and capability to work in an autonomous capacity.
