Due to continued growth, we have an opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Marketing & Sales Manager.

**About the Role**:
This is an executive appointment for a strong individual to take control of the marketing & sales of our residential off the plan and completed stock including land lots, houses, townhouses and apartments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement marketing campaigns for each project
- Build and manage multi-channel sales teams
- Promote our brands to the Real Estate market
- Manage and mentor the Sales team
- Maximise sales

**About You**:
You have:

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager and/or Sales Consultant.
- In-depth knowledge of the Western Sydney real estate market (our core market)
- Knowledge of relevant legislative requirements.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Built Sales Teams
- Launched marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding aggressive sales targets.
- Love to ‘close the sale’
- Relevant Real Estate Licences.
- Current driver’s license.
