We are looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations and drive the continued success of our retail store.

Salary Range: $70,000 to $85,000 per annum

Role: Full time

Location: Wentworthville, NSW 2145

Main Duties:

· Plan and oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and smooth functionality.

· Manage inventory, including purchasing, stock control, and reducing wastage.

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve financial targets and profitability.

· Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.

· Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, revenue, and expense management.

· Recruit, train, supervise, and assess staff to maintain a high-performing team.

· Build relationships with suppliers, community members, and key stakeholders.

· Ensure outstanding customer service and effectively handle customer feedback.

· Maintain compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations within the store.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Minimum of bachelor's degree or related field.

· At least 2 years of professional experience in a busy environment and possess knowledge of retail industry

· Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.

· Strong focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

· Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities to address challenges.
