We are looking for a motivated and experienced **Store Manager** to oversee daily operations and drive the continued success of our retail store.

**Salary Range**:$70,000 to $85,000 per annum

**Role**:Full time

**Location**:Wentworthville, NSW 2145

**Main Duties**:

- Plan and oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and smooth functionality.
- Manage inventory, including purchasing, stock control, and reducing wastage.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve financial targets and profitability.
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, revenue, and expense management.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and assess staff to maintain a high-performing team.
- Build relationships with suppliers, community members, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and effectively handle customer feedback.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations within the store.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum of bachelor’s degree or related field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a busy environment and possess knowledge of retail industry
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
- Strong focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities to address challenges.
