The Opportunity _**

Reporting directly to the CEO, this newly created role will lead a team that play a vital role in leading the identification, development, and implementation of best practice-based models of clinical care and service. Infinite Care operates 17 residential care facilities across three states and has a growth mandate to expand in the coming years. This role is critical in ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and care outcomes for aged care residents. In summary this position will.
- Lead and drive continuous clinical quality and safety improvements.
- Maintaining regulatory compliance across the group.
- Evolve and embed the clinical governance framework.
- Operate as a trusted adviser to the operations of the business.
- Provide clinical support, advice, and guidance to Facility Managers.
- Work and collaborate across functions in order to deliver on key strategic enterprise-wide initiatives.

**_ About You_**

We are seeking a well-seasoned veteran with the clinical governance space with a specific focus on aged care. If you have NDIS quality assurance experience that would be a bonus We like to live all our values but strive for excellence in this space of all thins risk, compliance, and governance. We are looking for someone that also has a number of the following:

- A passion for aged care and innovating care and service delivery for the best individualised consumer outcomes.
- Lead a diverse and highly skilled team to achieve compliance and risk outcomes for the business.
- Report regularly to the CEO and Board on performance, risk, and compliance issues, pertaining to clinical governance.
- Experience in successful implementation of safety, quality, and clinical governance frameworks across multiple facilities at either a regional or national level.
- A high level of stakeholder engagement and leadership skills and can demonstrate a track record of navigating complex change and delivering positive outcomes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make evidence-based decisions.
- Effective communication skills and ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organisation.
- Developed knowledge of contemporary change management principles, practices, and research methodologies.
