We have an exciting opening for a first-class Front End Manager to join our team as our business continues to expand and one of our key team members moves on to a role in her field of study. We are looking for the right person who has a passion for customer service and managing a front-end team, with a particular interest or prior experience in managing a team and providing a great shopping experience for our local community.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Supporting and supervising front-end staff with their roles and teaching new members the ropes
- Ensuring the balancing of tills across your team and cash handling
- Providing assistance in resolving customer complaints or feedback
- Managing the efficient and effective management of the front end
- Building rosters and assisting with changes
- Assisting with hiring of new team members for the front end
- Working with the store manager to make improvements to store operations and resolve any issues
- Experience required:_
- Previous people management experience of at least one year required
- Previous experience in grocery preferred but not required
- A customer-focused approach
- Interest or passion for teaching other staff members
- Ability to handle stress or high-pressure environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
