As we continue to grow, we are seeking an **experienced Practice Manager** who knows how to run a clinic efficiently and is ready to lead from the front.

About the Role

As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of clinic operations — from team leadership and rostering to patient workflow, compliance, and financial management. We're looking for someone who has **successfully managed a busy medical practice** before and can confidently drive improvements while maintaining day-to-day stability.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure a seamless patient experience
- Lead, mentor, and manage admin and clinical support staff
- Coordinate rosters, recruitment, performance reviews, and HR procedures
- Manage Medicare and private billing processes, and maintain accurate financial records
- Ensure compliance with RACGP standards, privacy laws, and accreditation requirements
- Collaborate closely with doctors and nurses to support clinical care delivery
- Liaise with external stakeholders, suppliers, and IT/service providers
- Identify workflow issues and implement practical solutions

About You
- **Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Practice Manager in a medical clinic**:

- Confident leadership and staff management skills
- Proficient in using medical software (e.g. Best Practice, MedicalDirector, Pracsoft, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Medicare billing and general practice operations
- Well-organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Clear communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Familiar with accreditation, compliance, and clinical governance processes

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
