**Role Overview**:As a Team Leader, you will be at the forefront of creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our customers. You will also play a pivotal role in managing and motivating our team to ensure the delivery of top-notch service and an unforgettable experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service that reflects the Eat Cannoli brand and values.
- Lead and supervise a team of dedicated staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Utilize your barista skills to ensure the preparation and presentation of high-quality cannoli and beverages.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Train new team members and facilitate ongoing training to ensure consistent service excellence.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for business growth and customer retention.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management capacity.
- Strong barista skills, including the ability to prepare a variety of coffee and beverage offerings.
- Background in the hospitality industry, with a deep understanding of creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain composed in fast-paced situations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve performance targets.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 - 40 per week

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
