We’re offering a unique opportunity for an experienced Audio Visual professional to join our team and work within a world-class venue, creating unforgettable moments for our clients.

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a Technology Operations Supervisor who is dynamic, passionate, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you’ll lead a talented team, oversee cutting-edge AV technology, and help bring events to life. With no two days the same, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, exciting environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Lead & Inspire**: Supervise and coach AV services staff, ensuring seamless task allocation and execution.

**Event Preparation**: Cross-check event orders, crew rosters, and venue setups, resolving requests promptly.

**Maintain Standards**: Monitor and maintain AV production quality throughout the venue.

**Customer Focus**: Deliver exceptional service and continuously seek improvements.

**Hybrid Events**: Execute hybrid and virtual events with precision.

**Innovate**: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop innovative AV solutions.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams.
- At least 5 years of experience in Audio, Lighting, or Vision.
- Ability to work independently while guiding others effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
