Platinum Preschool is a beautiful, well established, well resourced and thoroughly unique, 76 place centre, located in the heart of Randwick.

Currently Platinum Preschool is searching for some wonderful lead educators to join our team.

What's on offer are full time roles working 5 days a week (shift times are negotiable)

**Requirements**:

- A valid WWC check
- Cert III, Diploma or ECT qualification as approved by ACECQA or working towards but must have experience with planning, programming and documenting.
- Understanding of the National Quality Standards and National Quality Framework
- Solid knowledge and understanding of planning cycles, programming, documenting and ability to implement the Early Years Learning Framework
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Current First Aid Training, Asthma & Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work to centre Policies and Procedures and maintain our high standards
- Valid Child Protection Qualifications (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Programming, planning, documenting, observing, and assessing children's learning and development and communicating with families about children's progress.
- Developing and delivering age-appropriate activities that stimulate children's imagination and help develop a love of learning.
- Creating an engaging and safe learning environment where children can explore discover, question and thrive.
- Implementing daily routines and activities that align with Platinum's philosophy and values.
- Collaborating with other educators, pitching in with all aspects of the centre and working well within a team environment
