Our Retail business is seeking a passionate and engaging Commercial Manager to join our team based in either Somerton or Truganina on a maximum term 12-month contract As a Commercial Manager, you will be a key player in our business, working closely with both finance and operational teams to analyse data, provide strategic insights, and influence key business decisions. This role offers excellent career growth opportunities and the chance to make a tangible difference in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key areas:

- Develop and maintain KPIs to meet contract and customer reporting requirements
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operational and financial performance
- Drive commercial and financial performance in a dynamic business unit
- Collaborate with operational teams to streamline processes and data management
- Manage and improve analytical and financial modelling tools and systems

Are you the one?

You bring strong commercial insight and a collaborative approach, empowering others and fostering practical solutions to complex challenges. You can demonstrate
- Tertiary qualifications (preferably in Accounting or Finance)
- Previous experience as a commercial analyst
- Financial Reporting knowledge and experience
- Ability to analyse data and provide guidance, including areas of opportunity and improvement
- Proven ability to engage, articulate and deliver financial and commercial information to a group of non-financial and non-commercial stakeholders
- Advanced skills in Excel, SQL and Power BI is essential
- A detailed working knowledge of SAP will be well regarded
