As a full-service Kenworth and DAF Truck dealership, we offer new truck sales, parts, and mechanical servicing, proudly serving the North of Melbourne, including Somerton and Ballarat territories. Currently operating from our interim location on Hume Highway in Somerton, we are eagerly anticipating the completion of our state-of-the-art dealership in 2028 in Mickleham, which is set to revolutionise the truck sales and service customer experience in Melbourne.
We are now seeking an experienced Admin Warranty Clerk to join our busy service team at our Melbourne North Truck Centre dealership.

Your day will include
- Computing costs, maintaining bill of materials and calculating rates for parts and service
- Compiling data, computing fees and producing accurate invoices in a timely manner
- Ensuring customer service matters are dealt with promptly and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records for all warranty work and repair orders ensuring that warranty / replacement parts are stored as per manufacturer / customer requirements
- Become one of the warranty experts for the service department
- Conduct regular routine administrative functions and provide general clerical support for the department
- Safety Champion for dealership which involves managing contractor and ensuring all visitors are signed in according to company procedures and policies

If you have
- Trade qualifications and or demonstrated industry / senior administration experience
- An ability to work autonomously and with a variety of key stakeholders
- Great customer focus and communication skills
- Exceptional computer literacy and sound organisational skills
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- A mathematic ability
- An ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
