Working within our Australian Liquor Marketers (ALM) business, this position will be responsible for costing queries and data entry to ensure all price and promotion in our system are accurate. You will support the Customer Pricing and Service Manager to oversee tasks in group deal loading, promotion loading, customer level details, credits and other ad hoc duties.

You will also support our Customer Service call centre team during busy periods (sick and holiday leave). This will require flexibility in working early / afternoons shifts (5am-5pm).

What you’ll do

Monitor and amend supplier deals and promotional activity

Process customer credits

Ensuring professional and courteous liaison with various internal stakeholders and external service

Management of customer conflict resolution

Liaising with customers, marketing groups, suppliers, and key stakeholders within ALM

Ad hoc tasks and processes as required

Timely management of incoming phone enquiries and orders

What you’ll bring

Excellent phone manner when dealing with customers and other internal and external stakeholders.

Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Good communication skills (both written and verbal)

Call centre experience is advantageous

An intermediate level of business acumen

Knowledge of liquor industry is desirable
