We are currently looking for an experienced Front of House staff to join our team.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- The ability to consistently deliver relaxed, professional service in a fast-paced setting.
- A passion for food, quality, and making customers happy
- Great communication skills
- A positive and professional attitude to working alongside the team
- A strong focus on delivering high standards and exceptional service
- Attention to detail.
- Previous experience in similar roles or lead waiter/waitress at a restaurant looking to step up.
- C1 Level English

**Your responsibilities include**:
Maintaining a positive and energetic atmosphere.

Ensure a high standard of customer service is consistently upheld.

Work well within a small team.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.

Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to ensure seamless communication and efficient service.

Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the front of house area.

Uphold and enforce health and safety standards to create a safe and welcoming environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
- Tips
