Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent service to customers, taking orders and answering questions about menu items.
- **Coffee Preparation**: Brew and serve high-quality coffee and espresso drinks according to established recipes and standards.
- **Cash Handling**: Process transactions accurately and manage cash register operations.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning.
- **Food Preparation**: Prepare and serve light snacks, pastries, or other menu items as needed.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies and restocking as necessary.
- **Cleanliness**: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee bar and dining areas.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build rapport with customers, promoting loyalty and a welcoming atmosphere.
- **Adherence to Safety Standards**: Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.

Pay: $21.38 - $32.00 per hour
