Restaurant Supervisor

We are currently looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team.

- Previous experience in similar roles or lead waiter/waitress at a restaurant looking to step up.
- C1 Level English

**Your responsibilities include**:
Oversee day-to-day front of house operations, including managing staff and maintaining a positive and energetic atmosphere.

Ensure a high standard of customer service is consistently upheld.

Train and supervise front of house staff, providing guidance and support.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.

Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to ensure seamless communication and efficient service.

Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the front of house area.

Uphold and enforce health and safety standards to create a safe and welcoming environment.

**Salary**: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
