**Who is Phoria and what is CAPTUR3D?**
Phoria is a Melbourne based immersive technology company pushing the boundaries of cutting edge 3D, 360 video, holographic, interactive, experiential, augmented, virtual & mixed reality technologies. Their mission is to empower anyone with the ability to experience a physical space in a digital world, working with clients ranging from Meta to Mecca to the UN.

CAPTUR3D is their all-in-one immersive 3D virtual tour software & management SaaS platform. It provides cost-effective solutions such as floor plan creation and virtual tour staging, as well as advanced capabilities such as augmented reality and AI-generated content. The product has over 6000 users of all shapes and sizes, including real estate, museums and tourism bodies.

Wanna get more technical? Strap in CAPTUR3D empowers Matterport Service Providers (MSPs) with a comprehensive toolset that enhances the value of digital twins and drives business growth. CAPTUR3D’s mission is to make digital twin experiences more accessible, cost-effective, and valuable by staying at the forefront and continuing to push the boundaries of digital twins.

**What will I be doing?**
You will be responsible for designing and improving the user interface and user experience of their CAPTUR3D Platform. You will work closely with product managers, developers, marketing and other designers to ensure that the product meets the needs of customers and stays at the forefront of innovation. This is an amazing opportunity to take ownership of a product from a design perspective and you’ll have lots of impact.

The CAPTUR3D website is currently undergoing an overhaul and you’ll support this by doing a UX review of the platform, including testing and interviews, as well as optimising the AR app and features within the creative studio that’s part of the product.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

- Design and improve the interface and experience of our CAPTUR3D Platform to enhance the user experience
- Design flows and experiences that simplify complex actions to usable interfaces
- Translate user needs and stakeholder requirements into both low and high-fidelity visual concepts and prototypes
- Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions and iterate on designs
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to communicate design solutions
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to develop and maintain design systems, user flows, and design patterns that ensure consistency and ease of use across our product suite
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and user experience
- Continuously improve our product’s usability and accessibility
- Create marketing materials for the platform. This includes digital ads, PDFs, presentations and print material

**What are we looking for?**
- 3 years of experience in UX or product design, ideally working with SaaS products
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates UX design skills and processes
- Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
- UI experience and proven ability to create visually compelling design work
- Ability to work and maintain knowledge on multiple projects and tasks across different teams
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing. This includes reviewing usage data and implementing changes.
