**About the role**

In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and educating senior stakeholders on the nuances of Enterprise Business Agility. As our Enterprise Business Agility Coach, you will spearhead the establishment of values, principles, and practices at an enterprise level to successfully embed Agile methodologies within Australian Retirement Trust.

This role is available as a **permanent** opportunity.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:

- Demonstrated success in a senior leadership role driving large scale transformative changes.
- At least five years leadership experience.
- Experience in teaching Agile values and principles across multiple domains and to diverse stakeholders.
- Understanding and experience in implementing Agile at scale with the ability to guide and lead the necessary cultural and organisational changes.
- Framework agnostic with a wide range of knowledge and experience with industry standard frameworks.
- Expertise in at least two Agile or Lean frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Lean Six Sigma, SAFe.
- Experience in working closely with Enterprise Project Management Offices to promote different ways of working.
- Knowledge of technology and the software development processes.
- Experience with Human Centred Design and Lean thinking.
- Agile coaching certification.
- Relevant Agile certification.
- Post Graduate Degree in a related field.
