**Join our team**
The **People & Culture (P&C) Specialist** will collaborate with the business partnering team, P&C colleagues, managers, and employees to provide expert advice on People policies, processes, EBA interpretations, and employee record compliance. This role also involves managing casework and contributing to broader P&C projects, ensuring consistent support and alignment across the organisation.
**Key responsibilities**
As a **P&C Business Partner Specialist** you will:
- Provide expert HR advisory and operational support, ensuring alignment with strategic HR objectives, policies, and legislation
- Handle employee concerns, complaints, and disciplinary matters, escalating as needed
- Analyse performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Support P&C projects and initiatives, including investigations and coordination
- Advise leaders on probation and performance procedures for high-quality service delivery
- Prepare IR/ER position papers, briefs, and correspondence on HR matters
- Contribute to continuous improvement of policies, processes, and systems
- Build strong relationships across the business to enhance communication and service delivery
**About you**
We are looking for dynamic and values-led**individuals who have:
- 2+ years of experience in HR, IR, and ER roles
- Proven ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and confidentiality
- End-to-end case management experience
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using technology and automation tools for tracking work and generating reports.
- High standard of documentation maintenance and attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

**Requirements**:
To be eligible, you must have, or be willing to complete:
- NDIS Screening Workers Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion.
- A qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience)
