Studio Production- We are looking for a Partner Manager to drive and facilitate our relationships with licensed podcasts and creators across the Australian market. In a time of phenomenal change for the podcast industry, we are looking for a dynamic teammate to help drive awareness of our evolving platform and champion strong working relationships with the creators, partners and the industry. You will need to be based in our Sydney, Australia office due to the nature of the work.

What You'll Do
- Drive both audience and commercial growth strategies for key local Spotify licensed podcast projects such as The Inspired Unemployed Podcast and Toni and Ryan
- Be an expert across Spotify’s suite of creator and monetisation tools, able to match the right product to the partner need and opportunity
- Drive strategic partnerships with key creators and partners, including new content partner acquisition and revenue share agreements
- Liaise between creators and the commercial team to develop advertising and brand integration solutions tailored to each project
- Explore opportunities to improve value from partnerships, by collaborating with teams across Spotify including Licensing, Operations, Audience development, Marketing and Analytics
- Collaborate as part of the Podcast team to identify new creator partnership opportunities in the Australian market
- Collaborate with partner managers in other territories to develop local audience engagement strategies for key international licensed podcasts
Who You Are
- You have at least 5+ years of work experience in content and/or creator partnerships, with experience in commercial deal making and business development in the Australian market
- Organisational and strategic problem-solving skills at the highest level
- A track record of balancing audience growth objectives whilst delivering innovative and effective advertiser integration
- Excellent presentation and communication skills. Experience collaborating closely with high level talent and creators (and managers/agents) to achieve common creative, audience and commercial goals
- A passion for the audio and video creator landscape in Australia and an understanding of emerging trends in this constantly evolving space
- Understanding of audience analytics across media and social channels and the ability to draw clear insights from them
- Have the ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally as well as communicate and collaborate with all types of personalities
- Finally, you’re an outstanding teammate, adapt well to change, and always have a positive attitude
