Hatch is supporting Capgemini to find a great Graduate Program | Business, People & Process Consulting to join their Business Operations and Strategy team. **About the role at Capgemini**

In the yearlong graduate program, you’ll be shown the ropes through foundation masterclasses, then depending on your skillset you’ll be off doing project work - it could be software development if that’s your jam, or organisational change management or business analysis if that’s what your skills are aligned to.

The company has a global workforce of over 300,000 people who help our clients solve their most complex business and technology challenges. You’ll be on real projects doing real things to contribute, however our program team will be there to support you, so you thrive.

**Seniority**

**Entry Level** - A role for someone with underlying potential, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically no direct experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Data Analysis and Reporting - Analyze data to discover and communicate insights, and offer concrete recommendations for key stakeholders to make critical decisions
- Problem Identification - Identify the problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis
- Execution and Project Management - Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization’s goals

- Collaboration - Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals
