Lead Structural Designer

Our team is growing, we are currently recruiting for a **Lead Structural Designer** to join our design team in our **Perth** office.

**About the role**
- Deliver S3D Structural/Concrete/Platework specialist knowledge and supervision of project design team while working on deliverables
- Prepare and review layouts and detail drawings in line with project requirements
- Deliver design drafting according to required project timeframes and standards by coordinating and supervising project members, reviewing deliverables and preparing design and detail drawings in line with requirements
- Overcome design/schedule issues by maintaining an overview of activity, communicating with the Lead Structural Engineer and addressing issues in a timely manner

**About you**
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Structural, Concrete and Platework design drafting
- Demonstrated design plant layout experience with crushing, grinding, materials handling, flotation, CIL/CIP, slurry, pumping, slurry agitation, particle size classification and separation would be highly regarded
- Advance diploma or equivalent in Engineering is desirable.
- Extensive experience with Smart Plant3D, SPF administration is highly desirable
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills
