**About the role at Cover Genius**

As a Policy Analyst, you will lead and coordinate the development and execution of products across various business verticals in the APAC region. You will work closely with the Insurance, Partnerships, Product, and Engineering teams to build market-leading, innovative products for our partners.

**Seniority**

**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Cross-functional Team Management - Provide direction to a team of designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver the product
- Feature Prioritization & Roadmap - Decide which features to build and when, and create a plans for their effective delivery
- Market Research & Feedback - Gather data to understand customer needs, preferences and feedback to inform product development
