**Job Description**:
We are continuing to grow our multidisciplinary team based in the south western suburbs of Sydney and are looking for a Speech Pathologist with a passion for leadership. You may be an experienced leader, or you may be someone looking to take that next step towards a fulfilling leadership role.

- Provide mentorship, training and formal 1:1 supervision to team members
- Run monthly peer group supervision sessions
- Deliver much needed speech pathology services to participants in the community
- Use clinical observations and standardised assessments, and interpret findings, to formulate treatment goals

**Qualifications**:
To be considered suitable you will have:

- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist
- Considerable experience as a Speech Pathologist
- Experience delivering services under the NDIS
- Experience in providing training and clinical supervision to other speech pathologists
- Passion for being a leader in your field and delivering quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Genuine passion for working in the disability sector
