Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility in Camden, Maine. This is a full-time opportunity to provide critical care to geriatric patients in a supportive, collaborative, and patient-centered environment.

Position Details:

- Location: Camden, ME

- Employment Type: Full-Time

- Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

- Hourly Rate: $42 – $47/hr (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct evaluations and create customized treatment plans

- Deliver therapy targeting speech, language, and swallowing issues

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams

- Supervise CFYs and support personnel

- Maintain documentation and ensure regulatory compliance

- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy strategies

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

- Active Maine SLP license

- Valid driver's license or reliable transportation

- CCC-SLP certification (or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship)

- Preferred: Experience with SNFs or geriatric populations

- Technical strengths in dysphagia management and cognitive-communication therapy

- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
