Position: Marketing and Administration Assistant

Location:Burleigh Heads

/Part-time/Casual

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our painting services to residential and commercial clients.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, digital content, and social media posts.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support lead generation efforts and follow-up on inquiries.
- Assist in organising promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing activities.
- Monitor and track marketing metrics and prepare reports on marketing campaign performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset to contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in administrative support roles is a plus.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
