Practice Coordinator Full-Time - Noosa Junction
Great opportunity available for a talented Practice Coordinator where you can grow within your position with an expanding & supportive company

As an integral member of our team, you will utilize your exceptional management and organizational skills to oversee our front office operations to ensure processes, scheduling and daily tasks are completed efficiently. Additionally, you will assist our practice manager in streamlining administrative processes, oversee practitioner schedules, nurturing patient and referrer relationships and training of new team members.

**What we are looking for** **in our new Practice Coordinator**
- Previous experience in dental with management responsibility desirable.
- Certificate III or IV in Dental will be highly regarded.
- Prior experience in the professional day to day running of a general practice desirable.
- Polished people management skills with the ability to lead and inspire teams to push & enhance staff productivity and performance.
- Ability to help deliver local area marketing initiatives that will help drive new patient numbers and practice growth.
- Proven business capabilities in reception and all of the administrative aspects that form part of running a successful practice.
- Proven ability and demonstrated success to drive business growth and maximise profitability.
- An ability to see process improvements and implement strategies and protocols to deliver exceptional patient experiences; And
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- OASIS Dental Software Experience desirable but not necessary
- High attention to detail
- Ability to run front desk when required
