Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management to create a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement spa policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain inventory and supply levels, ensuring all products and equipment are in optimal condition.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote spa services and drive client engagement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in spa management or a similar role is required.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent people management and leadership abilities.
- Proficient in administrative tasks, including scheduling and inventory management.
- Passion for wellness and a commitment to delivering high-quality spa experiences.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
