The Bridge Alcohol and Other Drug recovery Programoperates within the Tasmanian Division of The Salvation Army Southern Territory (TSA).
We are currently seeking a values-driven and proactive Clinical Lead to provide clinical supervision and support to AOD specialist team. You will work as part of a team along with AOD specialists and other professional workers to achieve the best outcomes for clients and their families.
You will successfully
- Provide staff with clinical supervision, support and coaching
- Participate in the State Management Team and conduct regular monthly team meetings
- Establish and maintain key network relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Provide monthly reporting on outcomes, deliverables and occupancy/participation rates
- Manage client wait lists and allocations in a timely manner, as well as staff case loads
- Identify, report and manage program risks within a clinical governance framework
- Take a collaborative approach to service delivery and quality improvement is demonstrated within the team
- Actively support and provide facilitation for the Bridge Treatment Recovery Services framework, including research and disseminating best practice information
You will have
- Minimum of undergraduate qualification in social work, psychology, or related field
- Current registration with the appropriate regulatory body-Experience in clinical management or coordination role, preferably with AOD and/or Mental Health Services
- High level clinical governance skills and experience
- Experience in clinical supervision (qualification or training in demonstrated model preferable)
- Demonstrated ability to guide, support and lead staff
- A current and valid Working with Children Check or equivalent
- A current Tasmanian Drivers licence
- A willingness to undergo a National Police Check
