**About the role**:
We are actively looking for a **professional and enthusiastic Sessional Suites Coordinator** to oversee and coordinate efficient operation of customer service within our Sessional Suites**.**

**We have 5 sessional suites with 50 Visiting Medical Officers who book our rooms.**

**You will also**:

- **Co-ordinate the effective and efficient operation of the Sessional Suites in line with established procedures.**:

- Work collaboratively within a team to meet customer needs and achieve utilization targets aligned with the strategic plan.
- Co-ordinate and manage the use of relevant software data and maintain files as required.
- **Co-ordination of billing and receipting processes for all attendance to the suites.**:

- Co-ordinate professional relationships with all external stakeholders and external service providers as required.
- Ensure professional and courteous interaction with all patients, doctors and employees at all times, including in the development of communications and correspondence within the Sessional Suites.
- Assist with roster staffing with co-ordination with Hospital Administration Manager.

**Hours of operation are between 0800-1730, however must be available to work between 0730-1800.**

**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous health or medical services experience
- High level time management and organisational skills
- **Medical terminology highly regarded**:

- A professional and personable disposition
- Ability to work within a team environment and multitask
- Willingness to learn and the ability to grasp concepts with ease
- Desirable use in Gentu, Clinic to Cloud and Xestro.

**It would also be an advantage to have**:

- Previous health or medical services experience
- **Minimum of 3 years in a recent administrative managerial/team leading role.**:

- Management or Administrative qualifications - desirable
- Certificate in medical Terminology - desirable
- Experience using hospital patient management systems - desirable

**Remuneration**: On offer is base hourly rate ranging from **$33.59** + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances

**Requirements**:

- _Must provide a _**National Police** check conducted within the previous 12 months
