Pro AV Solutions design, integrate, support and maintain high-quality Audio-Visual systems and solutions for the Corporate, Government, Education, Health, Venue and Defence Sectors.
Our VIC branch is looking for a hands-on Site Leading Hand to join our projects delivery team and be responsible for:
- lead by example and manage the installation of audio-visual systems on construction and client sites
- coordinating and delegating tasks to our onsite teams and trades as well as doing the work alongside them
- meeting work health and safety requirements
- complying with our quality assurance standards that our clients have come to expect from us.
- come from a Services background; data, electrical or audio visual
- have experience with leading teams on Construction sites
- be comfortable leading a team AND doing the work with them
- have experience with the use of power tools for commercial cabling and equipment installation
- like the variety of different work sites
- show perseverance by seeing projects through from conception to successful conclusion
- have a great work ethic, a can-do attitude and strong communication skills.
We are looking at offering this great opportunity to a hard-working person who has the right mix of leading and doing by getting their hands dirty. You must have the right to work in Australia, a current Australian driver's licence and a Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card).
