**Job Overview**

We are looking for Change Lead for the EMR Maternity Project who is a senior role responsible for all aspects of change management. This includes developing the change approach using the Monash Health Digital Change Management Framework:

- Partner and prepare for change
- Lead change
- Embed change

The change approach will encompass the change strategy and plan (including change, engagement and communication plans) to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of the maternity module by clinical and operational users. The Change Lead will facilitate the partnership for change between the project team and senior business leaders, driving faster adoption to help set the organisation up to achieve outcomes and realise benefits. The Change Lead will oversee a Change Analyst and Communication Lead to support the execution of the change strategy and related activities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure that change initiatives align with broader organisational objective
- Develop the change management strategy and plans
- Identify potential people-risks and resistance points related to the project and implement mitigation strategies to address them
