Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 2 years of proven work experience in a similar role.
- Extensive diverse food knowledge.
- Advanced knowledge of culinary, authentic cuisines and techniques
- Attention to detail and excellent quality control.
- An even temperament and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Familiarity with sanitation regulations
- Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred able to speak & understand Bahasa Indonesia

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Flexible hours
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Clayton, VIC 3168: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
