**About the role...**

The Property Service Coordinator (PSC) is responsible for providing high-quality services/ products and achieving efficiencies. Directly engaged in the operations of the business, the role is accountable for enhancing the reputation and image of Evolve FM through exemplary customer interaction and service delivery through the management of client requests regarding property and facilities repairs and maintenance. PSCs are charged with ensuring that every caller's request is managed from inception to completion to the satisfaction of the client.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Ensuring service delivery meets and ideally exceeds client expectations and established service levels and/ or benchmarks through answering all incoming calls from a multi-client portfolio, ensuring that requests are addressed in an expeditious manner.
- Analyse caller's needs and implement the best strategy to respond to ensure superior customer satisfaction, resolve and coordinate the resolution of customer issues, measure costs against established service provider guidelines and verify and track work orders to completion.
- Continually build customer relations with client personnel, modelling Evolve FMs values, mission, and vision.
- Assist Manager with continuous process improvement, problem-solving and best practice reviews.
- Once suitably experienced in the role, assist with the training of other new PSCs in the team using a buddy system.

- Ability to deliver excellent customer service and service delivery.
- Able to work within defined procedures and outputs.
- Knowledge (or ability to quickly gain) of work health and safety requirements.
- Knowledge (or ability to quickly gain) of commercial leasing.
- Ability to administer service agreements and interpret lease documents.
- The ability to remain calm in emergencies e.g.: Fire, bomb threat.
- Good working knowledge of personal computers (MS Word/Excel).
- Administration skills.

Experience in a similar role or within a fast-paced work environment, previous experience in the property management/facilities management sector or comparable sectors would be highly regarded.
