**About the Opportunity**

The purpose of the Charter Manager is to deliver outstanding customer service experience to our clients and suppliers while delivering quality charter aircraft logistics solutions and seeing these through to a successful completion.

You will be across all stages of the job life cycle, from initial enquiry, to pricing, to operations completion, including:

- Customer Service / focus
- Relationships management
- Charter operation quoting
- Charter operations management
- Billing and reporting

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Customer_
- Amazing customer service and communications.
- Maintain and build effective relationships with clients, stakeholders and suppliers.
- Provide cost effective charter solutions
- Ability to work out creative solutions to any logistics problem.
- Develop and deliver operational plans for charters Deliver a high standard of daily representation of the AVMIN brand and reputation
- Escalation of any perceived or real issues/concerns from a client or project Active collaboration with key stakeholders
- Positive feedback from clients and suppliers
- Accurate and timely implementation of operational plans for charters
- Operational_
- Collecting manual quotes for client requests
- Use and understand the JetBidders platform for quoting
- Operational planning for all ongoing projects
- Logistical planning for ad hoc international and domestic charters
- Work with key operational stakeholders to ensure all operational constraints are considered and removed where possible
- Flight manifest management and communication with clients and suppliers Communications and updates to clients on charter flight progress during the operation of a charter Co-ordinating all changes (including last minute) to charters including date, times, passenger details etc.
- Continually develop and recommend enhancements in processes to improve/streamline work practices
- Maintain up to date process documentation
- Ensure on time performance of charter departures
- Ensuring contracts are prepared to ensure no out of pocket expense for AVMIN
- Ensure compliance with CASA regulations where applicable Client retention and feedback
- Utilise systems to leverage client communications and document activities
- Support Account Management team with reporting, customer requests and project support
- Provide reporting, reviews and resolution for small, shared client base
- Reporting_
- Maintain up to date operator/supplier databases
- Ensure daily ops sheet and job tracker are kept up to date
- Ensure incident reporting is completed if/when required
- Accurate and timely completion of reporting duties
- Compliance_
- Overall management of operator AOC and insurance documents
- Work in line with contract terms of long term and ad hoc charters
- Understanding and operating within AVMIN’s terms and conditions
- Ensure no charter operates without up-to-date AOC and insurance documents
- Financial_
- Ensure accurate invoicing to clients
- Ensure accuracy of supplier invoices
- Provide cost efficiencies
- Ensure AVMIN invoices and supplier invoices are sent/paid in a timely manner
- Supplier invoices are signed off in a timely manner to ensure payment is made on time
- Other duties_
- Maintain personal familiarity with industry best practice, trends and news
- Where designated, carry out related supporting roles for other team members
- Other duties as directed by the Management team
- Domestic and International travel as required

- Charter aviation / aviation / travel industry experience
- High level of customer service performance and experience - positive attitude to service the customer’s requirements efficiently and effectively: “no job too hard”
- Creative thinking and solutions driven
- Must be able to establish, nurture and manage stakeholder relationships (customers and suppliers) in order to deliver the best outcomes for the customer and business
- Customer first focus
