With a commitment to sustainability, innovation, and delivering outstanding experiences to our tenants, we are seeking a skilled **Facilities Manager** to ensure the seamless functioning of these assets on a key client account; Charter Hall.

**The Opportunity**:
As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and operations of the buildings, ensuring they are consistently maintained to the highest standards. You will manage building systems, services, and facilities to ensure an exceptional experience for all occupants.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Oversee the maintenance and operations of building systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of building systems
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards, while continuously improving operational efficiencies

**About You**:

- Proven experience in facilities management, ideally within a multi-building or premium asset
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Solid knowledge of building systems and maintenance protocols
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards
