**About the role**
As Guest Relations Manager, you will work collaboratively with the Front Office leadership team to provide personalised, world class service to our guests. Here at InterContinental Sydney Double Bay we believe anything is possible. As the Guest Relations manager you will work proactively to bring true luxury guest experiences to life. You will be experienced in the luxury hospitality sector and proficient across all functions of the operation, while having the ability to think strategically and effectively to achieve departmental goals.
**About you**
- Experience - ideally, you’ll have spent at least two years in a similar position in front desk or guest service position in a luxury, 5-star environment.
- Problem solving skills - be able to handle guest issues efficiently and effectively. This includes clear communication, accountability, prompt resolution.
- Be literate and tech-savvy - you will be required to be fluent in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
