Studio Administrator (Part-Time, Long-Term )

Viva Music Academy - Lidcombe, NSW

$30-$35/hour | 10-15 hours/week | Onsite + Remote

Viva Music Academy is a vibrant and growing music school located in Lidcombe, offering high-quality piano, string, and vocal lessons. We are seeking a capable and detail-oriented Studio Administrator to support our day-to-day operations. This is a long-term role ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, initiative, and a genuine interest in supporting music education.

**Key Responsibilities**

In Studio
- Welcome students and families at the front desk in a warm and professional manner
- Respond to parent questions regarding scheduling, lesson changes, and studio policies
- Collect and accurately log payments
- Communicate any absences or updates directly with teachers
- Liaise with the Studio Manager to ensure daily operations run smoothly

Remote Duties:

- Manage the studio’s Google Calendar, including updates to lesson times, absences, and remote lessons
- Track lesson payments, enrolments, withdrawals, and credits using spreadsheets
- Maintain accurate records for AMEB exam enrolments, concert and Eisteddfod participation, and book orders
- Follow up on unpaid invoices and send teacher pay reminders

**Requirements**:

- Must hold an ABN
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Proficient in Google Calendar, Gmail, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Professional front desk manner and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with the Studio Manager
- Fluency in Korean preferred
- Desirable: familiarity with music education (e.g. AMEB, lesson structures) or tools such as MyMusicStaff, Xero, or MYOB

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
