Seeking an experienced Marketing Lead, your hands on knowledge and expertise will be welcomed into an exceptional company culture and you will be working with various key stakeholders across the various business units.

Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, your duties will included:

- Create compelling visual content for various mediums, including web, print, social media, EDM’s and trade shows
- Collaborate with the internal teams to develop outbound campaigns and lead generation strategies that showcase the business offerings and benefits.
- Internal communications supporting various business units including people and culture, sales, operations and the leadership team ensuring the messaging aligns with the company values and objectives.
- Maintain and protect the style guide ensuring all communications and collateral are on point
- Manage the marketing budget researching and reporting on ROI, analytics and various measurables
- Plan and implement the marketing strategy to maximise reach across the various business units and service offerings
- Design booths and collateral for industry based trade shows both locally and nationally.
- Utilise your design skills to create engaging and informative daily posts across social media to increase reach and brand awareness
- Conduct client feedback and engagement surveys and capturing information for various departments to improve client relations
- Design internal posters and information for staff engagement and learning and development
- Maintaining and updating the website with relevant information
