**The Role**:
Civilmart have a great opportunity for a proactive, warehouse/counter sales person to join our amazing team at Molendinar

**Requirements**:
We require someone is is proactive and has a good knowledge of using MS Word, Excel and Outlook and has professional communication skills. A typical day would involve
- Answer customer phone and web inquiries and take ownership of the call through to generating a positive customer outcome.
- Quote creation and management of Customer orders through to completion
- Partnering with the team to understand the product range, production scheduling and delivery and freight requirements.
- Understanding Customer needs whilst and negotiating Customer expectations, taking into account production timing and inventory availability.
- Resolve any Customer complaints in a timely manner, clarifying the complaint, determining the cause and assist in providing solutions
- Working with and building relationships at all levels of the Civilmart business and our customers
- Loading and unloading containers and or products as required
- Assisting with stock takes as required
- General warehouse tasks as required

As the successful Customer Service Coordinator, you will possess:

- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across diverse groups.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple systems and priorities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to listen, influence, and build rapport.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and enterprise systems.
