TTI is currently seeking a Payroll Officer to join our team in 21 Kangaroo Avenue Eastern Creek, NSW, 2766. Reporting to the Payroll Manager ANZ, your key duties will include:

**About the opportunity**

An exciting and newly created opportunity exists for a Payroll Officer to join our team. You will partner closely with a diverse range of key stakeholders to provide efficient, accurate and timely administration of all fortnightly payrolls and subsequent queries.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Fortnightly processing of payments for our team based in western Sydney
- Setting up new employees and administering leave
- Submitting final payroll journals to Payroll Manager for review and authorisation
- Administering superannuation payments, ensuring employee entitlements are up to date and supporting the fortnightly payroll processes, as required
- Assisting the Payroll Manager ANZ with various statutory reporting requirements
- Responding to employee payroll queries regarding leave entitlements, superannuation, payroll deductions etc
- Generating timely and relevant payroll documentation
- Supporting the payroll function with adhoc duties and projects as required

**About you**
- Proven experience working in payroll teams for fast-paced, large organisations
- Ideally experienced with ADP Payforce or similar enterprise payroll software solutions
- Intermediate Microsoft Office and/ or ‘tech-savvy’ to learn new systems with ease
- Adapts to changes in the work environment; manages competing demands; changes approach or method to best fit the situation
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numeracy skills
