We support people with physical, intellectual and multiple disabilities and developmental delays to achieve their goals Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), lifestyle options and therapy across 100 locations in Victoria. **About The Role** The Participant Liaison Manager will be responsible for communication and organisational relationship of the portfolio of Participants, families and/ or nominated external support people as well as being accountable for setting and meeting agreed benchmarks for Participant satisfaction. You will be required, but not limited to: - Quote and implement Participant plans that meets their needs and expectations - Meet participant outcomes as determined by NDIA measures - Be the liaison point between participants and third parties to resolve any NDIS package related issues - Comply with Scope policies and procedures as applicable - Scope and deliver Participant support plans within allocated NDIS funding **About You** You will have: - Demonstrated experience in managing the delivery of customer support plans within a disability framework - Experience in managing/ leading administrative and customer service teams - Strong computer literacy skills - Contract management skills - Ability to "think on your feet" to progress difficult/ challenging discussions and inspire confidence - Strong influencing and negotiating skills **Scope as an Employer** View our stance on inclusion and diversity, human rights and our Covid-19 policies. careers page.
